Nissan motor acceptance login11/15/2023 This vehicle only had ***** miles at the moment it has ***** last month the vehicle check engine light came on and did not want to run took to the Dealership said I had best warranty not to worry turn out there was something wrong with the transmission part they fixed no charge cover by warranty this month just yesterday check engine came on again took it to Dealership now there is something wrong with the Engine now is not cover by warranty but I'm supposed to have best warranty. I wanted to get a reliable car I know that it was not new it is used vehicle but I was told it was Nissan certified. I Bought this vehicle Nissan Altima 2020 in March rite after I was released from *** hospital after been there couple of weeks for covid. We and the bank are the rightful owners of the car but unless InfinitiFinance fills out the form. We are at a loss and can't wait much longer to have this settled. We contacted the local dealership again to see if they had insight and they told us if we pay them $1385.99 they will resell us the car (that we own now) and will fill out the form. Therefore, Infiniti and its entities are holding our title hostage. We approached the dealership where we initially leased the car to see if they would help with the form and they told us it would be illegal to do that. Due to their negligence, our current lender is charging us 18% interest (the loan was for ****%) until they receive the title with their name listed as the lienholder. I have notes upon notes and chats and they won't send me the form. After 2 months of weekly phone calls, REFUSES to complete the form. The *** sent us a Title Reassignment form (looks just like the back of a title, also attached) to have InfinitiFinance complete to prove the sale was legitimate. However, the clerk completed the Title Application and sent a copy of the bill of sale to the **** Sadly, NH *** denied the Title Application due to Infiniti Finance only signing the title without updating any additional info. They did not complete the title info correctly (copy attached) and our town hall told us that we could not complete the info, it needed to be done by the Seller. We purchased our current lease that ended 3/1/23 thru. I have great credit as you can see and I am asking for a correction to my credit score. I truly had no idea that I needed to also call Infiniti and change my address since I was receiving the bill every month and this was a complete oversight on my part. I am asking for forgiveness to my credit. I was under the impression that once I submitted my address change to the post office that everything would be updated and mailed to my new current address. I called this morning and made the payments immediately and Infiniti financial services advised they did not have my correct address in their system, therefore my last two bills were mailed to my old address and were not forwarded to me. I received a letter in the mail on Jthat my most recent payment was not received and that it was 52 days late. All along, I was receiving my monthly bill to make my payment and was making all payments on time. I moved to a different address and upon my move, I notified the post office so that my mail would get forwarded. I am reaching out in regards to a late payment that was made to my car which was an honest error and I am looking for a correction to my credit.
